How long is the space booked for and what’s included?
You have the studio for 2.5 hours, and is designed for ages 6 years upwards including teenagers and adults, with varying projects on offer. We usually recommend a choice of activity but are keen to take preferences regarding projects, colours etc into account, however Little Hands Design reserve the right to the final decision of a suitable activity depending on the age, level and available materials.
What are the timings for the party/event?
The nature of this party does not allow for complete accuracy regarding the finishing time of the project part of the party! Activities are planned to run for appr. 2 hours with an additional 1/2 an hour flexibility to allow for different levels of dexterity and to correct projects where necessary.
Can I part pay?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining payment is to be made on the day before commencement of the party in cash or with proof emailed to info@littlehandsdesign.com.
What time can I arrive?
We kindly request that you do not seek entry until 10 minutes before your booked time to allow us a smooth transition between and set up of events. Little Hands Design cannot guarantee finished projects for latecomers.
Is there anything I need to know beforehand?
Everyone must sign in to the London School of Mosaic. Parents/carers of children attending any birthday parties are responsible for making sure that every attending guest is signed into the register at entry to ensure safety in the event of an emergency.
What is your cancellation policy?
The booker will forfeit the deposit if the booker cancels the agreement with more than seven days notice and the full amount if cancelled within two days prior to confirmed party date. Unfortunately we do not allow refunds for bookers who drop out last minute.
